I was wondering how come Duplicate Poker room operates from US despite UIGEA rules. UIGEA rules states that online poker, casino games are illegal for US players and banks and other financial institutions can't accept or transact gambling funds.

Well, I took all of my money off Poker4Ever as the games are really drying up on that site. I moved most of my roll to cake, and took some out and put it in the bank.

So yesterday at work I had plenty of free time since I now refuse to do data entry anymore. My initial goal for Sept is to play 100 $5 sng's and try to make it back to $400. I played roughly 9 sng's and was down around $223. Today I sat down and played oh 9 maybe 10 sng's and was down to $208, this got to be too much of a pain for me so I sat down at a $50NL cash game.

I played at the $550NL Mid South Poker Open in Tunica Mississippi yesterday I experienced the worst tournament play ever!!! I told myself I would never play another Tournament under $1000. The Suckouts were on a grand scale. One guy called an All In Beat at the Final Two Tables with 7 5 against KK and flopped a straight. Guy was not even a short stack. Players like this make it hard for Professionals who attempt to play normal Poker. I saw this play all day long. I finished in 8th Place and my Poker Partner Finished in 1st Place.
