    As with any new thing you take on, you should establish a goal right from the start. Just think about it: if you start your body building workouts before clearly defining your goals, you won't know what you need to do.

Sadly, lots of female body builders lose so much body fat that their bodies lose the ability to menstruate. The body needs some fat to stay healthy; everybody knows that. Obviously you are going to need to pick out your own goals and approach, but make sure you are able to find some balance. But we feel your are cutting yourself out of better results. When it comes to issues like diet and nutrition, there's constantly fresh information to consider.
