You should realize that a few years back plenty of organizations were never even open on Sundays and people got along just fine. And men and women could also end up helping by simply cutting back on the amount of recreation that they do every single week. Doing such things as these in the United States would most likely cause plenty of problems, but if energy is that big of a concern, things should be mandatory, as opposed to only for those who think it will be a good idea.
  
  It is for people's own good that the government has passed car seatbelt laws and cellphone laws while driving, and this would be no different than passing laws conserving energy. Some folks in the government will tell us that we're in an energy crisis and other people will tell us that we are not, which makes it very hard for folks to believe one or the other. You need to understand that if everybody was telling everyone else that we are in an energy crisis more people would actually do what they had to do to get out of it.
