Satellite TV & DVD player. Fitted kitchen including dishwasher. Cloakroom together with WC and washbasin. Staircase leading down to double bedroom together with en-suite & bath plus 2nd double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom - both these bedrooms together with private sun balconies. All bedrooms have fitted closets and really effective ceiling fans. Totally tiled bathroom together with walk-in shower.   Outside, the 10m x 5m swimming swimming pool has roman steps leading into it and ample terracing around for sunbathing or relaxing under an umbrella. The landscaped gardens are well maintained affording Mediterranean colour, shade and fresh lemons! There is also a significant covered pergola together with additional dining/sitting space together with views across the gardens and swimming pool to the Cabo de Nao. Below is a bbq area to complete the 'al fresco' dining experience. At the rear of the house a spiral staircase leads to the roof patio together with even more expansive spectacular views and the chance of little private sunbathing!

  My family and I stayed at Villa Marika in August and thoughly enjoyed our vacation. The pictures on the site accurately reflect the villa it is furnished together with tasteful high quality items - this is what attracted us in the first place. I have to mention the views which are outstanding especially from the patio which we used to dine from most evenings. The villa is set in a beautiful area of Moirara high up on of the hills which overlook the valley. Dean and Lousie who represent White Coastline properties who handle the villa on behalf of the owner were superb, even buying a teapot for the villa when I requested . The deposit was returned straight away and Louise has even posted back a tiny item my son left behind - could not want for better service or support. I would recommend this property.
