I'm thinking of "test driving" Thinkfinity during our summer session. We have secondary teachers from all over the district working on one campus and I've been knighted as the "default" tech specialist. Hopefully it will catch on and, like a hardy virus, spread throughout our schools once the fall semester gets underway.
Summer will be a good opportunity as we have library computers and a couple of CI labs available. It's also an environment in which teachers are strongly encouraged to differentiate. Wish me luck! This might just catch on!
I am not sure how I am going to present Thinkfinity yet. I will be meeting with the rest of the technology facilitators in my district to develop a plan. I am not back to work until the end of July... that is when I will really get busy.
I am exploring Thinkfinity! and will work to create ways to use with my teachers in the master's program at Lamar U. in Beaumont. Will add what we do and stay in touch to see how others are using a great new resource.
