    We have SLAs with our some of our vendors - you have to have some level of accountability. However, look closely at the contract as some of them may have wording in there that negates virtually any of their responsibility.

    I don't think this is a far stretch for Chapter 14, for Obama clearly sees the value of IT. He wants to leverage IT assets to be more competitive and he seems to view IT as an enabler instead of a cost factor. Interesting.....
