Dana Longley on 08 Dec 09I guess is really depends on how you use Facebook. I don't consider everyone I connect w/ on Facebook as actual friends, but more as contacts (but "friends" is how they market it). But certainly some who I've met online first became actual friends and I don't think those relationships are any less real than ones formed prior to SNSs.
