A logical question is the reason why would companies not reap the benefits of advertising a position? There are numerous good reasons.

    One reason why jobs most likely are not advertised is that they get way too many responses by people who find themselves not qualified for their own positions. The problem for the organization is it creates the administrative nightmare. Imagine having to determine hundreds if not thousands of resumes. This has become widely problematic mainly because that over 30 million Americans are desperately seeking sustainable employment or maybe a paycheck. Others choose not to advertise as they feel that networking of their industry or industry associations is best way for them to get the qualified people they desire. Still others do not need to expose to everyone and competitors actually lacking a certain talent or experience base.

    There are other reasons that is listed but that seriously isn't the point of the article. The point of this great article is what should you need to do with this information and what can it mean to you? It can mean the difference between buying a job and not buying a job.
