oh man. i do agree with the whole idea about having an online identity crisis.
having to memorize so many id names and passwords is really giving me a headache! sometimes, i end up having to write them down in my notebook just in case i forget my id and password.
what if someone picks up my notebook and chances upon my user name and password? wouldn't he be able to hack into my account and conduct some form of identity fraud?
i am actually strongly supportive of the idea that companies like yahoo are coming up with solutions to help reduce such problems. By allowing users to use the same id and password to log into a site really helps in the leaking out of personal information to the public. -
I've got the same article! hahha.

Architecture fundamentally is a collection of barriers and openings that divides private and open space. It sets a hierarchy for space.
Different behaviors for different areas. People know how to behave in respective areas.
However, Cyberspace screws up this identity. You're not sure when you're in private or public area.
You have no idea when people are 'looking' at you. Massive unresolved questions of privacy and usually these get thought of as technical and legal questions.
Question: Where is the line between public and private space? Are we able to tell them apart? To what extent are we able to make adjustments to our behavior and identities in the different contexts?
Phenomena: People are unable to draw the distinction between public and private space therefore not knowing how to behave appropriately under different situations. Many legal issues arise as a consequence. -
