    You can see that all the musicians and singers are talented. Sure, the audience and judges criticize that they cannot sound as good, they did not nail it or anything else. But it is just about all relative. While they may not be as good as their counterparts, they would trump people easily if we took them exactly in a singing competition.

    The lesson this is that however talented we are in any particular discipline, its the 'extra factor' that separates out those who are good and those who take to achieve great items. This point of difference is important, and is obvious any time competing against those involving equal capabilities. We need to create this 'extra factor' to hit your objectives.

    Another important lesson was how easily it's to spot those people who are savouring the moment and enjoying themselves when their time for you to shine arrives. Subconsciously, we get an immense feeling of support for any individual, giving it their all showing their talent. Ultimately, the usually wind up the winner of such reality television shows. This is also the case in real life.

    While X-factor can be a reality TV show, these lessons can be applied to us all. We learn and we grow. Apply these lessons for your life to achieve success.

    I have been giving some thought to what were the best Kids TV programmes of all time and this has triggered huge arguments between friends and colleagues plus it will undoubtedly have many outraged because I've omitted their favourite. That is the main fun though...

    My Top Kids TV Programmes Out of them all:

    1) Massive Barn Farm. Although this is a very new TV show it's the only time I can ever remember the main house stopping to watch a programme and that is certainly why it's at number 1. My lads aged two & 4 both love it and Really easy to implement admit all the adults think it is extremely clever too. Real animals within a real farm act out the story and due to camera trickery their mouth area move too. Works properly with some splendid narration. My favourite characters are Digger the dog and Madame the This particular language cow who says "Moo-La-La".

    two) Lazytown. The Icelandic TV show featuring Sportacus has become a 2010 hit in over 100 countries and dubbed into at the least 12 languages. The star with the show is Sportacus, played out by Magnus Scheving some sort of gymnastics champion. The show has been directly responsible for an increase in sales of fruit and vegetables which Sportacus refers to as "Sports Candy".

    3) Dr Who. First aired in 1963 it is the longest running science misinformation show anywhere. My favourite story so far is "Genesis Of Your Daleks" which had a lot of social comment comment together with parallels. David Tennant may very well be fantastic as the Doctor but at the least my wife doesn't drool over Tom Baker that's another good reason with regard to picking this story.
