Elimination & Set up
Removing REAR SUSPENSION & AXLE
Increase automobile and help with protection stands. Clear away wheel assemblies. Disconnect exhaust process at flange link. Eliminate intermediate lever of parking brake and disconnect cable controls.
Disconnect the two brake lines and seal. Loosen clamp nut of generate shaft and intermediate bearing on frame ground and take away. Disconnect rear of drive shaft and slide ahead, out of centering placement. Wire drive shaft to brake cable holder.
Remove spring backlink covering. Clear away shock absorbers and coil springs. Loosen torsion bar connection toward rear axle and clear away.
On vehicles with ABS, drain rear axle. Eliminate RPM sensor from rear axle housing. Address magnetic edge of RPM sensor.
On autos with auxiliary heater, clear away electrical gasoline pump and suspension plate of exhaust. Remove the cable connector from rear axle cross member. Elevate rear axle assembly to carry end. Force h2o drain hose out of rear axle carrier.
On motor vehicles with CIS-E fuel injection method, pinch fuel suction hose among gasoline tank and fuel pump with a clamp. Loosen clamp on fuel hose to accumulator and pump. Eliminate gas hose.
On all styles, take away front and rear rubber mounts on frame ground and remove with cease plate. Reduced the rear axle assembly from automobile.
CAMBER STRUT
Raise car or truck and aid with protection stands. Rubber mounts of camber strut cannot be changed independently. If rubber mounts are harmed, change camber strut.
Clear away strut-to-axle provider bolt. Remove strut-to-wheel provider bolt. front end wheel alignment
