    2 Tablespoons Butter

    two Tablespoons flour

    2 cups broth, beef, chicken or a mix of the two

    two garlic cloves, minced (two teaspoons)

    1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaved, minced

    2 bay leaves

    1 tablespoons contemporary parsley, minced

    two tablespoons water

    1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Season the pork chops with pepper.

    2. Brown the pork chops inside oil, turn and brown the other size. When brown, transfer for a platter and set separate.
