    The only a single that gave me difficulty was the 'towel' and possibly that was my fault - it's not an physical exercise for a carpeted region!

    Does the 'Brazilian Butt Lift Workout' work? Nicely, only time will tell but I'm already feeling some thing 'down there', hopefully I'll be getting some admiring glances as well.

    Today is a strength day on the workout calendar. To alter it up a bit I decided to throw Brazil Butt Lift's Sculpt into the dvd player as an alternative of P90X's Legs & Back. You see it is snowing... Once more...and where I do my workouts, there are two rather huge windows. And some days I just do not want to be reminded that it is still winter. So Brazil Butt Lift right here I come.

    For those of you who haven't completed Brazil Butt Lift I'll clarify something about it that I truly like and actually appreciate in the dead of winter. The beach workout scenes. YES! Brilliant idea! Thank you for getting so thoughtful. In the middle of winter it's so simple to get caught up in coziness and get a bit lazy and put a handful of pounds on. Brazil Butt Lift knocks me proper out of my complacency and smack back to reality. Reality is Summer is coming...rapidly!

    Now, don't go and get the idea that with the name Brazil Butt Lift that one, it's going to be simple...HA! And two, why would you do in spot of P90X Leg & Back? Effectively, 1st off, BBL Sculpt is NOT straightforward...it will make everybody from beginner to advanced get a great full body workout. And secondly...see the initial purpose. It's not straightforward!

You begin with a fast warm up that gets your heart rate going making use of a nice combination of familiar moves. Then it's weight time.
