  This is months later, but I have just joined the group and noticed your mention of Sketchcast; it used to be a favourite of mine but it seems very unreliable; my new favourite is screenr, see my thoughts on online whiteboards http://colleenyoung.wordpress.com/2009/05/16/online-whiteboards/
