  The residences are in the centre of Colonia de Sant Jordi in Majorca. there is a supermarket fifty metres away within the same street. it's the closest spot to the most effective beaches in the south of Majorca (many people would say that the most effective beaches on the full island are close to Colonia Sant Jordi: "Es Trenc" beach is a couple of 10-minute automobile drive away and a 20-minute walk from the residences, "Es Dolç" beach is a 12-minute walk away and "Es Carbó" beach may be a 30-minute walk away).
