    The blend of energizing your meridians (the rivers of vitality flowing through your system) with tapping and also pressing, and relaxing using deep, slow breathing will energize your system in ways you haven't experienced.

    That EFT Tapping:


    • You will tap a point privately of each finger similarly and then the other.

    • The point can be found at the same place on each finger.     • Slowly relax your eyes

    • While keeping your eyes easily relaxed, imagine a screen flying a few feet facing your forehead

    • With that screen, picture whatever activity (or even other aspect) in the day that gets you the most excited.

    • Enjoy that image and soon you feel the excitement and anticipation building



    Practice this simple visualization until it's easy and natural.

    Use it all together:


    1. Begin the breathing process.

    2. Visualize probably the most exciting event or activity with the day.

    3. Tap the finger points similarly and then the other.



    Elective: Run through this period 3 full times to feel far greater surge of energy together with excitement.

    Do the whole routine once in the morning, and again any time in the day when you aren't feeling as motivated or energized as you would like.
