The Summit began with the welcoming remarks by Dr. Roseann O’Reilly, Leader and Vice Chancellor, Carleton University and H. I. The course included panel discussions and parallel breakout sessions with biotechnology, innovation in sustain able power and environment, aid management and geomatics, digital media and venture capital.
