This is a great website full of teacher tools and student materials. While it is a members only site (and does cost money to join) it is an extremely helpful reading resource center. The printable books ensure that all students have their own materials. The books and activities can be sorting by level, skills or topic! It even has opportunities for using things like the SMARTboard which allow for active participation by the students! I love this website for aiding me in my skills group instruction!

For example, when learning about Johnny Appleseed, my students were able to watch an eight minute video clip which provided them not only knowledge about John Chapman but also images that portrayed life during this time in history.
