What is Netspeak?

Netspeak helps you to improve your writing.

When in doubt about how something is written, you can search for alternatives in Netspeak's phrase dictionary. The dictionary contains billions of phrases and how often they are used on the web. That way you can judge whether or not a phrase is common.

Provide a single word and it provides you the rhymes, synonyms, etc.

This site is AWESOME! I have lists of vocabulary words, and it's a pain to copy and paste them one by one by one from dictionary.com. This site lets you paste a list of words in it and it spits out a list with definitions!!!! This is my best friend online right now (which is kind of sad).

Great idea. why not create a "Sae the Words" site for your own class with your vocabulary words?

Vocabulary video site. Includes lesson and implementation ideas for teachers plus tips on creating/submitting student videos to the site.

Not for kids. Some of the stuff on the front page when this was bookmarked was very inappropriate.
