Some 25,300 items where copyright permits listening to sounds online - you can choose to listen to the recordings and save some using your own audio player on your client machine. Excellent resource almost too compendious. It would be good if people made links to good exemplars for use in education and the context they used them in. Don't forget to give attribution.
