These ethics would never put profits in advance of what is the right course of action on a higher stage.

In order to talk about this in detail I think we should instead look at the classification of ethics.

"Business Ethics" can be explained as the critical, structured examination of precisely how people & institutions should behave in the world of commerce. In particular, it involves examining appropriate constraints in the pursuit of self-interest, or even profits, when the actions of individuals or firms affects others. " - Chris MacDonald, PhD

In a world full of opportunists and scams that bombard our clients everyday we would be foolish to not pay close attention to this topic. I promise you unless you establish a solid ethical base with which your business always goes by not matter what, you are asking with regard to disaster.

The thing that will ensure your huge success is to build your business with referral based marketing. If is way more powerful for someone else other than you to tell your audience how amazing you are. And if that person happens to be a current client of yours then it can be ten times more powerful.

Our clients have choices. This means they have the choice to spend their money and tell their friends how amazing you will be. And they also have the choice to warn their best freinds and family not to do business along with you at all. EVER!!

Do not underestimate the power of your clients. They are what create a business a business. Companies like Starbucks together with Apple wouldn't be two with the biggest, profitable most popular businesses on the globe if not for their own clients. The reason Starbucks may get $4 for a usd. 50 cup of coffee is because in large part their own business ethics. Their customers feel good about spending money with them because of how they feel about Starbucks.

So ask yourself... how do your clients experience your business?

We are in an extremely connected environment. If you ever doubt that just produce a client feel you treated them in an unethical way and see how fast they blog, text or Facebook their friends and tell them not to work with you. You cannot produce a connection with your people without ethics. How well a business is connected to it's clients is what establishes its success or it's failure.

Remember just because you can legally an issue in your business doesn't mean you must. Always error on the inside of caution when it comes to ethics in your company dealings. If it doesn't feel right to you or you wouldn't want a business to treat you by doing so then you probably shouldn't treat your client that way. Sometimes this can mean walking faraway from a situation even if it indicates losing money.

Business to Business is identified as B2B; It is a term that describes commerce transactions that will be solely between business not consumers. An example of this is a transaction between a wholesaler and a manufacturer or a retailer in addition to a wholesaler. There are several other contrasting terms, B2G (Company to Government) and B2C (Business to Consumer).
