    We know that the Baby Boomers account for a big component of the true estate owning population in America the vast majority of Ludlow VT vacation residence owners are also of the Baby Boom generation.     Performing actual estate for 25 years has observed a number of curves along the street. Most notably, is our current decision to create a site focused on video blogs. Decidedly NOT regular actual estate. Ask me if I know what I'm performing and I'll be the very first to say, "I have no idea". But truth be informed I'm performing it "violently". Our site premise has been rather easy.

    I do not require a site for my friends. They get my mailings or my cellphone calls. I don't require a website for my neighborhood newspaper advertising. They get in touch with me off the ad.

    So why do I require a site? I want a site for people Connecticut, Massachusetts or New York people who are browsing the web, who feel they want Vermont genuine estate, but I need to have them to find ME (along with the Woodstock VT real estate they are right after). Positive, I'll give them what everybody else does...great search abilities in a web internet site... but I also want them to get to know us via video. Maybe they will like us nicely sufficient to give us a contact.

    You know what? It's working.

    For instance...and this will sound fairly humorous....we did a video blog on snow plowing in Vermont while my enterprise partner received hit by a 500lb snow ball. The down country purchaser we were immediately after needs to have a flavor for the Woodstock Vermont region we live in so why not present him how the roads are cleared in a VT snow storm?

    Frankly you can do this on most any topic you want to talk about. I recalled an old story on Vermont water testing from 25 many years ago and just sat on a snow financial institution and began talking.
