Jumping on stilts is way to much fun to put them away for five months with the year. If you want to use them in this snow, first you have to be a lot more careful on them, second you have to dress really warm together with third you have to take care of your jumping stilts a lot better. I will address these issues in this article.

Here in Canada we have a lot of winter with lots associated with snow and ice for five months with the year this can detract from your jumping stilt period. This winter I decided to get them out and use my jumping stilts in the days that were pleasant enough. You have to be much more careful in the winter and attempt to pick places which were cleaned and sanded so it's not to slippery. Once you get convenient in the cold you can test other places like ponds and fields based on the amount of snow. Make sure you are comfortable with your surroundings and therefore your are wearing a helmet, knee and elbow pads, wrist guards and some other safety equipment you may want for jumping on your stilts. I don't recommend that for small children however your sincerity aren't doing tricks its no worse than snow boarding, skiing or actively playing hockey, Canada's other wintertime past times.

Canada has very cold temperatures some days in the year so I recommend wearing a snow suite or a big coat with snow pants a hat, scarf in addition to a good pair of gloves. When you get to help hot jumping around and having fun you can always take away clothing but you cant put it on if you don't take enough along with you. Jumping I the snow may be really fun, this year there were 6-10 foot drifts along the road sides and substantial piles of snow in the parking lots where your plows piled the snow. I had a lot of fun running across the parking lots and jumping high into the air and into your drifts and piles of snow. I had never thought of using my jumping stilts in the winter before but I was really looking forward to the spring and simply couldn't wait that long just as soon as I got out there the possibilities of winter fun were endless.

When you decide to go out in your jumping stilts in the winter I would recommend some grease on the major joints to your jumping stilts and you can get a can of silicone spray to take care of most of the rest advisors. I am sure you may wear them faster inside winter than using them in the summer but I will explain extreme guys and girls available it was just to much fun. I are going to be posting pictures and a few video later, just remember to be familiar with where you are and be careful jumping on your stilts inside winter.
