      EFF 整理出 iPhone 程式開發者授權協議中須注意的要點。極度偏向 Apple 單方利益的授權協議，雖然未必所有條款都能被執行，但程式開發者在按下「我同意」前，恐怕得想得更清楚。如此的條款不利於創新及與程式開發者共享利益，Apple 目前可謂是「挾消費者以令程式開發者」呀！長遠來看，誠非益事。
