1. Beware of "Posting Meetings"

If you leave a meeting without action steps, then question the value of the meeting (especially if it is recurring). A meeting to "share updates" should actually be an e-mail.

Now if only the preferences would hold between logins.

The question has to be raised that are there things in this list that APS is not doing properly?

* Be wary of email messages from social networks (because email addresses can be "spoofed" by hackers). "

* Employees need to be educated and held accountable.
* IT departments need to keep systems updated.

So how is Arlington doing on feeding the starving? ;-)

What scares me is that some of the people reading this won't think it's a big deal that a few people are still using IE6 in Arlington...
