Yes I believe so as there was also a browser prompt auto restarting. Will keep trying different steps and see if I can find a solution. So far though - none found.

Joel, that would be interesting. I am not a huge user of favorites, but I do read a lot of links each day. I think I could change my habits to use favorites as a way to save bookmarks though.

A new version of Diigo is expected this month. We'll probably see an announcement in the blog when more details are known.
If you bookmark something before an import, or whilst awaiting the result of an import - and if your bookmark has a match in the imported data set:
* I guess that the metadata of the bookmark (title, tags and maybe description) will be overwritten by the import.
