I am having the same problem. Extremely frustrating. I used delicious because of this feature and now it isn't working! Really hope someone has some answers.
Issue 2 is still unresolved and I'd very much appreciate if someone could look into this. If there is an official tool for saving bookmarks to Delicious, Diigo should make sure it really works. However...
