Old "FURL tags" still in tag cloud, although no bookmark is tagged with it - 14 views

  The FURL lists were transformed into diigo tags when I migrated from FURL. One of my lists were called "cultur & science" for example. In diigo this was transformed into 3 tags: "cultur", "&" and "science". Although I have edited the bookmarks to delete all ampersands (as you can see: http://www.diigo.com/user/bekay00/%26 ), the &-tag is still shown in the cloud...

  Then I haven't made myself clear enough. With "tag cloud" I mean the list of tags! In this list the &-tag is still listed, although (AS YOU CAN SEE) "no bookmarks tagged &". And I have deleted the ampersand tag from all bookmarks months ago...

  OK, at http://www.diigo.com/user/Bekay00 when I expand the portlet named
  'Public Tags'
  I see that 6 are counted but then none are matched.
  
  So, the count and the presence are wrong.
  
  Please: is it only the one tag
  &
  that is inconsistent?

  Yup!, I see them!
  I had the opposite problem : I wanted to batch add a tag.
  So in the tag editor I changed one tag to two tags, but they stayed stuck together as one tag.
  
  This problem seem to have been resolved... hence your problem.
