In our district we have worked very hard to integrate Mac OS and Windows. We use Microsoft AD for directory services. It is an ongoing struggle to make these two environments work together.
Is your district also dual platform? I would love to share experiences and hopefully solutions.

Hi. I'm from the public school district in Calgary AB. Approx 100,000 students in 210+ schools.
Top pressures are:
1. Providing flexible platforms to support new learning models
2. Growing technology footprint
3. Growing complexity (connectivity, applications)
4. Growing demand
5. External competition for skilled technical staff
6. Same resources (staff levels)

Thanks Miguel for setting this up. I look forward to connecting with others in a similar role.
Would it be helpful if we shared a little about our districts? And what our top issues are right now? I know I would find that helpful - so I'll start a new thread.
