I can sign in at www.diigo.com but cannot sign in with diigolet when it overlays an article,
I receive a "Failed" prompt.
Is there a solution?

You have the old diigolet version and somehow it didn't auto-update properly.. Try delete that and re-install another diigolet, and try again.
I deleted the old diigolet bookmark in Firefox and created a new diigolet bookmark in Firefox but I continue to get the same "Failed" message when I try to sign in at diigolet.
Is there a diigolet file stored in my computer that I need to delete? I searched for such a file but none was found.
I also cleared the Cookies file and the Temporary Internet Files
Can you provide a solution that actually works?
Please follow these steps exactly
1. remove the old bookmarklet by clicking "Delete" in the right click menu
2. go to http://www.diigo.com/tools/diigolet from http://www.diigo.com/tools/diigolet and drag firefox diigolet again
3. clear firefox cache: Tools -> Clear Private Data. check Cache and click Clear Private Data Now
If it still doesn't work. Please provide specific firefox version and diigolet version that you see. (mouse over anywhere blank in the diigolet toolbar to see version)
