I have diigo installed on IE 7 and saved two private bookmarks, then removed theme. When I click My Bookmarks in the toolbar, the removed bookmarks show in the list (there should be zero results listed). When I click on My Bookmarks in the toolbar, then click My Bookmarks at the top of the list, it shows that I have zero bookmarks.

I restarted the computer, clicked Update under the My Bookmarks toolbar menu, etc.

Any ideas on why these removed items still show up in the list?

    1) Before you clicked the Update under the My bookmark: Due to the the cache in the toolbar, it shows the removed items. We need to improve it.

2)After you clicked the Update under the My bookmark, the toolbar got new bookmark list from Diigo site, and the removed items shouldn't be shown up again. It worked for me.

Could you gave us a more detailed description if you still see the removed items show up in the my bookmark list even after you click the “Update” ?
    Thanks.

Yes, even after I click update, the removed items still show up in the toolbar under My Bookmarks.
