Post a private bookmark with diigo with 'share to del.icio.us' option activated.
It will show up as public (not "not shared" in del.icio.us).

I do have the same problem, please fix it !!
This seems to have been an issue not only in v.3.1.5.4 but also 3.1.5.1 and maybe before!
I just discovered it now!
I do use Flock v.1.1.3, Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2.
PS: I checked it, and the problem occures since 2nd May 2008!

After installing the version 3.1.5.5, the problem still remains.
* Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (32bit)
