I've been trying to become part of the slides.diigo.com group. I've tried to contact diigo directly. How/when/what do I have to do to get into the beta slides project? In fact how do I contact diigo at all?
I've been looking for a contact email. I 've filled in that slides request they have but I've never received any responses.

Anyone help?

Hi Linzel:
You can start to use slides feature after you click "Ready to create a slide show in minutes" button in slides.diigo.com. We will send email to people who left email in slides.diigo.com soon.

I HAVE done this about. literally, ten times now with different email addresses. Why am I not getting the email back??

Did you see the Create list button at the right side of your "My bookmark" page? If yes, please create a list first and then you can play the your own webslides.
