    What am I doing wrong here? Even when I highlight text and then either right-click or hover, the menu item to Highlight and Sticky Note is disabled.

    I am using Firefox 2.0.0.3.

    Diigo 1.0.2007041901 <=== No such problem here.
    That pic looked strange. But you're using old Diigo. Because there's no "Add sticky note", a remarkable new feature.

    The screenshot does look odd. It looks like you may be using the older toolbar. Please advise what toolbar version you're using. You can find out by going to the toolbar Diigo>>Help>>About.

    You are right - I do have an older version. (I got it from the Firefox add-ons page.) The version number is 0.5.2007021000.

    Update: I installed the current version and it works fine now.

    FF add-ons page sometimes doesn't get updated as timely as we'd like. We don't have complete control over the release there. Best to check the latest toolbar version at our site.
