Hello,
new to Diigo the following things occur:
1) It would be nice if you could change tag of more then one bookmark - i.e. I have 5 bookmarks in my group with no_tag and want to change them from no_tag to tag xy. As fas as I see you have to change each by hand.
2) It seems that the suggesting option does not work in the group I mean that you press edit on a bookmark, want to change a tag and if you type in the first letter Diigo suggestes the tags already in the group existing tag. That would be very helpful if you have long tags and to avoid wrong spelling.
3) I did not find a hint that changing bookmarks in my personal bookmarks does NOT change the same bookmark I added to a list. It would be nice to have a possibility to do so. That means if I add a tag in a list or my bookmarks that this tag is also changed in my bookmarks or the list.
Apart from that very happy with Diigo!

Re 1:
In your bookmarks ( http://www.diigo.com/user/Cnrapp ) select bookmarks (like all untagged) - then click at little checkbox on top of list - it will select all bookmarks. Finally simple select Edit tags from "More options..." combo box...
Re 2:
There are many troubles with Diigo in last two days... Search works bad - maybe this is part of that troubles. I have Tags dropdown in many edit fields over Diigo, but not in "More actions->Edit tags"

thank you for reply. However the problem (1) occurs only
in groups: In my group I can show bookmarks, then chosse
some but then in the dropdown it just gives three options:
email, delete, extract. Is it possible IN A GROUP to change
more bookmarks?
Related to that I am puzzled what JOEL wrote to me: Will
changes in my bookmarks also change the same bookmarks
when they are part of a list? In that case I could change tags
as you described in my bookmarks resulting to changes of
them in the group.

y, you can edit "more bookmarks' tag in group" if you are the manager of one group. When you access the group bookmark page ( "http://groups.diigo.com/your_group_name/bookmark" ), you will find a side-box named "Bookmark Tags" in the right side with a "Edit" link. click this link, and do what's your want~

thank you very much! I found that but that does not solve the problem:
As I see, you get a list when clicking on "tag edit" and then can change the
name of the tag there. But you can not choose certain entries in the
group and then change tags of these as you can do it in your usual
bookmarks. Maybe I have a look if that is
only under Opera.
Apart from that there seem to be big problems with tags at the moment.
I changed tags yesterday and see them in the entry but they are not
shown in the tag list. Hope that works soon - I have to work!
