    Hi
I don't re-try recently but when I want to group Two similar tags (baby and babys, for exemple) to make all the link tagged with the same word, it don't work.
I try to edit babys and replace it by baby (still existing) : the edition seems to be ok but when I refresh my page, nothing can change : I've still baby links in one hand and babys links in the other.
    Can you fix it ?

I tried to edit tags by click the "edit" in the bookmark item ( my bookmark page ) and the Edit button above the tag cloud. It worked to me.

    Do you mean “bébés” == >"bébé" ?

Could you try it again? If the problem still exist, please change your password to a temp one, then email it to joel 【at】 diigo dot com, we will look into it to see what happened.

    Thanks.

ok, I change my password to "tototo"
I can't change "bébé" for "bébés" (the twice exist)
It seems to works, then I refresh and the twice are still there.

I saw there are some bookmarks tagged both as "bébé" and "bébés", then I changed "bébé" to "bébés" and refresh the page "http://www.diigo.com/user/papillooon/b%C3%A9b%C3%A9s". However, it worked. I tested it in both IE7 and Firefox.

    1) Could you try some other bookmarks, for example, change tag from book to books when both tags exist, and see what happen?

    2) If you used Firefox, could you try a new profile
    a) Close all FF
    b) windows Start ===> Run ==> firefox --profilemanager
then you can start a new profile.
In the new profile, try to see whether you can change "bébé" to "bébés" when ther coexist.

If you can do it succesfully, the problem may be becuase some other extension confilict with our javascipts in My bookmark page.

    Well, see that page:
    http://www.diigo.com/user/papillooon/b%C3%A9b%C3%A9
there are still 2 "bébé" url tagged and 5 "bébés" !!!
If it had worked, it must be 7 bébés and no more bébé tagged...
Do you see the same thing ?

Y, I saw the same as you. Since I only changed some of "bébé" to bébés for testing purpose, not all of them, it's ok to see 2 "bébé" URLs and 5 "bébés" URLs. I logined your accunt to change all "bébé" to "bébés", please check it.

Maybe I understand what's the problem you met now. You changed tag from "bébé" to "bébés", then refresh the links “immediately”, and you still saw those links. This is because after you changed the tag, the system need some time( 5-10 seconds) to re-index those information. After that time, you could see the changes you make take effect.

BTW, please remember to change your password back to your secret one.

    Thanks.

You mean I musn't refresh the pages too quickly when I want it to be update correctly ?
Or do you changed one by one the url's tag ?
