The privacy level for a sticky-note appears as "private" and can't be changed, so anyone watching my highlights can't see my notes.
It IS possible to share a stick-note with a diigo group, which is a nice feature;
But I'd like to be able to let the whole world see them , regardless of being a diigo user or a member of a particular diigo group.

it's a good idea to limit the display of IN-SITU sticky-notes.
however:
1. a PUBLIC sticky note should still be viewable on my diigo page, next to my highlights
2. as of now, it still not possible to add friends (I know you're working on it, and am waiting patiently... )
