When the browser is on a secondary monitor and I hover over a sticky note, the popup appears on my primary monitor.
The same goes for the Diigo menu item that pops up when hovering over some highlighted text.

Wow, Looks like a pretty fancy setup you got there...
Do you always use dual monitors? We've not tested in that env't yet, since it's not a typical user setting for the majority. Will add to to-do list, but not likely any time soon.
