I just installed Firefox on my pc, and got bookmarking straight away - or tried to. But every time I try to submit a bookmark to Diigo (either the regular way or the QuickD button), a message pops up to say the submission failed.
I am not having the same problem in IE. But Firefox is so much nicer to use, I really want to switch over. Can anyone advise?
What version of Firefox? Version 2 or the 3 Release Candidate?

Hi Randy - it's Version 2.
(I've also now noticed that if i visit a site in firefox, that I've previously bookmarked in IE, it doesn't show up as already bookmarked in the diigo toolbar. again, this problem isn't happening in IE.)

Not sure if its Version 2, I have been using Version 3 Beta and now Release Candidate. I would think reinstall it first. Not quite sure if that doesn't work.

Hi Dena,
Please update to the latest toolbar. You used the diigo v2 toolbar which is not supported.
yay, problem solved. I'd downloaded the toolbar through firefox add-ons, rather than direct from diigo, and didn't notice it wasn't up to date. all sorted now, many thanks :-)
