    Hey Guys,
Very cool new product you are offering. My company is developing a new web presence and we have just found Diingo. We will use it to fix broken copy and work collaboratively. finding problems, etc.

We like Diingo, but we wish we could host the server locally, because the information we are dealing with is not customer facing and we do not want outsiders seeing our internal bugfixes - not that its a big problem with our current work, but we would probably be willing to pay for a linux server application that we could host ourselves. and there are a lot of web design house im sure really need stuff like this.

    Best regards,
    Alex Miller

    Alex,

    Thanks.

We're evaluating the enterprise version. I will drop you an email. Meanwhile, what you can do is to form a private group to conduct all the bookmarking, annotations, tracking, etc... We highly respect our users' privacy. Many workgroups are already using Diigo for the very same app. Plus, it's "free"!

Note: even if your webpages are "internal", as long as each page has an unique URL, you can still use diigo to bookmark and annotate.

    Hi Maggie,
Thanks for your quick response. We have already begun (this morning) using Diingo on an internal page, exactly as you described :-)

Btw, what forum software are you using? its fast and responsive.

All Diigo built - so we can seamlessly integrate everything.

by the way, it's DIIGO, not Diingo :-) You can find what "Diigo" stands for in our "about"

    Hi !

My company and I, we've used Diigo for 2 weeks, as you describe (on a private group). We found the product very relevant and we are all enthusiastic. We know that you respect our group privacy, but i'll be glad if you can tell me too when the enterprise version is ready!

    thanks a lot !

I would like to know if it's possible when bookmarking that the "private" caractéristic and "share to your group" could be cheked by default?

As we are using it in entreprise, we have to be very careful and already cheked boxes possibility could be relevant and safer for enterprises that use diigo.

==> Go to Diigo toolbar >> Options >> Bookmark and Highlight tab and select "private" - all bookmarks will be default to private. Default group -> while bookmarking, check the "share to group" check box, and last group that you sent to will be the default.

==> Sent you a DMS (diigo message) - please check.
