You are here: Diigo Home > Groups > Diigo Community > Forum > Searching bookmarks tagged by other users, not by me.
I would like to search for a specific tag that i'm using very frequently but just getting the results from bookmarks saved by others AND still not bookmarked by me.
Now i can browse the results of that tag but many of the results are already bookmarked by me so i've to browse throught many older bookmarks to see bookmarks i didn't know it.
This will be a good way to discover new sites of my interests.
There is already a way to to this? I revised the Advanced Serach Help page but I couldn't figured out.
It is an interesting idea - will discuss here.
Meanwhile, not sure if you have noticed - some additional ways to do tag search and display:
1) http://www.diigo.com/tag/xxx will show you all Bookmarks tagged xxx.
2) there is a "view Mine" option
3) Then, there are "recent" / "popular" tab
We're making lots of little improvements throughout the site (and more to come) , so keeping up with the latest HELP is quite a challenge. Thus, we're now building a new wiki HELP platform. Everyone can view it, but only "pre-authorized" authors can make updates / changes on it to keep up the content quality. Once we have the basics up - we'd love invite expert POWER Diigo users who are interested in helping us keep up with the latest changes.
Anyone interested in helping sometimes (no "obligation" - contribute only whenever you'd like to), we'd love to hear from you!
I noticed that ways, but this have nothing to do with my problem. Anyway It's nice to see that it can be discuss it by Diigo developers :)
I can help with the wiki help while diigo will remain free. By the way, it's diigo open sorce? Just i think it's important to know this, since you are asking for collaboration.
Your wishlist is not a feature that we support yet.
Thanks for your offer to help. I will drop you a note to invite you to our wiki help.
No - diigo is not an opensource - lots of complex codes here.

Ok, anyway, do you plan to offer Diigo always for free?
No rocket science here -
Diigo will add advertising support, so that its basic service will always be free. We're considering a premium fee-based service where it's ad free but has lots more bells and whistles.
Will put out a survey to see what's considered important for you all as users. Meanwhile, we welcome your input.
