You just automatically turn off your computer, too. But your computer is not like your car, oven or TV, so you might want to think this through.
When people contact me to tell me that something’s not working with their computer, after I lob a few salient queries about the problem their way, 4 times out of 5, my solution is only three words long: Restart your machine. I learned this esoteric technique many years ago after purchasing my very first computer, a nice monchrome notebook machine made by Packard Bell. The thing froze up on me. Have you ever heard of such a thing?
It’s my dream to have at least 3 monitors going, sort or an IMAX look, but that’s not in the cards for now. I’m sure you feel sad for me. But I do have and make wonderful use of dual monitors, menage a deux instead of a toi, not as much fun, but way, way better than a un.
